Responsibilities:
- Provide support and troubleshooting to internal users.
- Handle software and hardware installation and configuration.
- Set up LAN/WAN/VPN infrastructure and configure firewall & router.
- Perform daily system monitoring and backup.
- Configure and upgrade applications in Linux environment including E-Mail service.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
- Familiar with all Windows platform, TCP/IP networking and Active Directory.
- Experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Interest in network infrastructure, network server administration and virtualization technologies.
- Self-initiative, independent and enthusiastic.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
